Litigation
Keogh Timko & Moses has prosecuted and defended civil litigation involving commercial and

constitutional law, civil rights, toxic torts, RICO claims, bankruptcy, and administrative law. We
have been retained by local municipalities as consultants and special prosecutors. Our litigators
have substantial trial and appellate experience in federal and state courts throughout the United
States as well as before administrative agencies and arbitration panels. Our counsel have
represented various municipalities in Westchester County. We have successfully and
aggressively represented our clients in complex litigation and in numerous jury trials. We also
prepare and defend emergency applications, including applications for preliminary injunctions,
stays, attachments, seizures and other expedited relief. It is our goal to coordinate efforts with

Personal Injury
Our attorneys have handled hundreds of personal injury claims involving
people who have been seriously injured in accidents, including motor vehicle
accidents, wrongful death, dram shop, falls, product liability and
construction and work-place accidents. Home and hospital visits are
available and we retain the necessary investigators, experts and medical
professionals to effectively prosecute these cases. All expenses are
advanced by our firm and we are paid only if there is a recovery in the
case.

The Firm has successfully defended thousands of criminal cases including homicides, narcotics
offenses, robberies, burglaries, sex offenses, weapons charges, larcenies, DWIs, probation
violations, and vehicle and traffic violations. Our trial counsel are top litigators recruited from

Business Law/Commercial Transactions
Keogh Timko & Moses can provide its clients with legal counseling and assistance for every
business need or transaction. We assist our clients in deciding what business structure is most
appropriate for each transaction, and in the formation of those business entities. We establish
limited liability corporations, limited liability partnerships, traditional partnerships, corporations,
trusts, or other vehicles best suited for the client or the transaction. The firm drafts shareholder
agreements, buy-sell agreements, confidentiality agreements, employment agreements, and other
documents necessary for the efficient management and operation of those business vehicles. In
addition, we take particular pride in acting as general or in-house counsel, and in working
efficiently with business clients who already have an in-house legal department. We counsel our

Real Estate
Keogh Timko & Moses is a full service real estate firm, representing clients in the purchase and

Timko & Moses provides comprehensive legal representation in all areas of community
association law to cooperative corporations, condominium and homeowner associations,
individual owners and investors. The firm is counsel to over twenty full-service condominiums,
cooperatives and homeowners associations, in addition to developers and sponsors in the
Westchester County area. Our general counsel services incorporate practical advice to Boards
regarding common problems, protection against potential liability, dispute resolution, contract
negotiations, labor law representation, and litigation services. We maintain a full-service transfer
department for sales and purchases, and a full-time default, foreclosure and landlord/tenant

Immigration
The Firm’s counsel have extensive experience in all aspects of immigration from labor
